2. How do I purchase a digital product?

To purchase a product, simply click on the product you’re interested in, then click the "Buy Now" button. Follow the checkout process by entering your payment details. Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll be able to download the product immediately.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. During checkout, you will see all available options.

4. How do I download a purchased product?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link. You can also find the link in your account under the "My Purchases" section.

5. I didn’t receive my product after purchase. What should I do?

1. How do I start selling on Evaulthub?

To sell your products on Evaulthub, you’ll need to create a seller account. After logging into your account, click on “Sell on Evaulthub,” then follow the instructions to upload your digital products, set your prices, and manage your sales.

2. How do I upload a product?

To upload a product, navigate to your seller dashboard, click "Add New Product," and follow the prompts to upload your digital file, set product details, and select the appropriate category. After completing the form, click "Publish."

3. How do I set the price for my products?

When uploading a product, you’ll be prompted to set a price. You can set any price you like, and we’ll deduct a small fee for each sale. Please review our Seller Fee Structure for more details.

4. How do I manage my sales and earnings?

You can view your sales and earnings from your Seller Dashboard. You can also generate reports to track the performance of your products.

5. How do I update my product listings?

To edit your product listing, go to your Seller Dashboard, find the product you want to update, and click on the "Edit" button. Make any necessary changes, then click "Update" to save your changes.

6. How do I withdraw my earnings?

To withdraw your earnings, go to your Seller Dashboard and navigate to the “Withdraw” section. Select your preferred payment method and follow the prompts to complete the withdrawal.
